When we have set up the castle we will ask you to sign a disclaimer form to make sure you understand a few basic safety instructions. The most important condition is that all castles are supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We also insist that nobody over the age of eleven is allowed on any of the childrens castles (i.e the Princess, Spongebob and Winnie the Pooh castles) as they are only designed for smaller children under the age of eleven and may become damaged otherwise. We will also ask that no face paints or party poppers are used on or near the unit as the stains caused by these cannot be removed and effectively ruin the colour and quality of the castles. Although these castles have a protective rain cover it will only protect against a light shower and not prolonged rain, as this causes the unit to become slippery and dangerous. Ensure children with glasses remove them before playing on the bouncy castle to prevent injury. No food or drink is to be consumed on the castle for safety and hygiene reasons. It is strongly advisable not to let bigger children play on the castle at the same time as smaller children to avoid injuries. Anybody with back problems should avoid playing on the unit. These are some of the more important terms and conditions and a full list will be left with you and signed for by you. We obviously want you and your children to have an enjoyable time and playing safe will make sure that you do. Most of the safety concerns are common sense and as long as a responsible adult is supervising there is little chance there will be any problems. |
