FAQs: Why do I have to pay extra for delivery? If you live outside the free delivery area as shown on the map then unfortunately we have to charge an extra £10 for fuel costs. This is because we have to drive to you to set up the castle, then drive back home, then drive back to you to pick up the castle, then drive back home again with the castle. If, for example, you live ten miles away from us then we have to drive a total of forty miles to deliver and pick up from you later on. Why do I have to sign a disclaimer form? We ask everybody to sign a disclaimer form to make sure they understand the inflatable unit needs to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and that the unit does not become damaged through misuse. Most important is that your children are being supervised to make sure they're having safe fun. Will the bouncy castle fit inside a hall? With a height of under 10 feet, these bouncy castles will fit inside most halls. We haven't delivered to a hall which has been too small to accomodate a castle. Are there any cancellation fees? We do not charge a deposit for booking a castle with us and so there is also no cancellation fee. However, should you wish to cancel all we need is a phone call or email or text message to let us know. It's never a problem to cancel a booking. Do I need to do anything? All you need to do is make sure you have a clear and big enough area for the castle, and that you have a plug socket preferably within 25 metres of where you want the castle. Ideally you will have enough room to allow the castle to have 2 feet of space at either side and four feet of space at the front and back. If your power socket is over 25 metres from where you want the castle then please advise us of this beforehand so we can bring enough extension leads. Also please make sure we are able to get the bouncy castle to where you want it to go. How long do I get the castle for? You can have the castle until 6pm without any extra charge because that's our latest pick up time. However, we are flexible and we can make exceptions. For example, if you have a hall booked from 4pm til 7pm then we wouldn't charge you extra because it's gone past 6pm. If you want the castle overnight and for another full day then the castle will be picked up at 6pm. |
