We do not charge a deposit fee and neither do we charge any cancellation fees.  Should you wish to cancel a booking we ask that you let us know as soon as possible either by phoning, texting or emailing.

It is advisable to book your castle well in advance to avoid disappointment.  And remember, all of our castles will fit inside halls if you don't want to risk the weather.

Payment is made on the day when we arrive to set up the castle.
