How much space do I need to site a bouncy castle?
A minimum two foot of clearance space at the sides and four feet at the front and back is required. Also the site must be clear of overhead obstructions like tree branches.
What happens if it rains on the day of the booking?
The under elevens' castles all have fitted raincovers and will protect from light showers. However, bouncy castles should not be operated during heavy rain and other bad weather conditions. The Playboy castle does not have a rain cover and would not be suitable in any kind of wet conditions.
Do I need to supply anything for the bouncy castle?
A power supply is needed, preferably within 25 metres of where the bouncy castle is to be sited.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No, but it would be appreciated if you could let us know as soon beforehand as possible should you need to cancel your booking.
Can you staff the bouncy castles?
Yes we are able to staff the bouncy castles at extra cost as we have public liability insurance. - Bouncy castles should always be supervised by a responsible adult. - On the day we arrive to set up the castle we will ask you to sign a disclaimer form to make sure you're happy with the condition of the bouncy castle and that there will be adult supervision.
How long does it take to set up the castle?
Once the castle is in position it takes about five minutes to inflate it and peg it down.
